How the Renewal Process Works

1. Invoice in July: We’ll email your lead member an invoice at the start of June/July each year.

2. Flexible payment window: You have until 30 September to settle, giving teams flexibility and time to pay.

3. Easy ways to pay: Settle by credit/debit card or BACS; full details appear on the invoice. If you need a PO adding to the invoice, let us know.

4. Confirmation: Once payment lands, you’ll receive a notification and your membership continues seamlessly for another 12 months.
