By the sector, for the sector
Where the sector comes together to share evidence and drive change.
FACE's calendar brings practitioners, researchers, third sector colleagues and policymakers together to share evidence and drive change. Here is an overview of the core opportunities members can take part in through the year.
A three day summer gathering that rotates between host universities. Delegates hear from leading keynotes, present research and help shape the following year's policy recommendations and good practice publication.
Find out about the conference ›A strategic forum for members, held once a year to gather sector insight, review progress against the strategic plan and shape FACE's priorities for the year ahead. Facilitated workshops make sure every member voice can influence policy positions, research themes and the network's direction.
Find out about the summit ›Short online sessions led by practitioners, spotlighting what works. Each one focuses on an emerging theme. Recent examples include student partnership models and evaluating peer mentoring. Sessions finish with open Q&A and shared resources so you can apply the insight straight away.
See upcoming Disseminars ›Our SIGs bring together members working on common challenges, from evaluation and impact to access and participation planning, student voice and lifelong learning. Meetings are informal, collaborative spaces to swap ideas, plan joint projects and build relationships across institutions.
Explore the current SIGs ›Through collaborations with other groups, FACE members are invited to webinars and virtual roundtables across Europe, widening our shared knowledge and networks.
FACE encourages members to run their own seminars, panel discussions or local networking events under the FACE banner. We provide promotional support and help connect speakers to audiences.
